2. Our Factory Capability: Step-by-step Production from Drawing to Finished Rod

When we receive your drawing, our engineers first confirm dimension, tolerance, grade and surface requirements. Then we arrange the whole production sequence inside our factory.

A regular client orders standard ground carbide rods in multiple sizes for solid carbide end mills. We reviewed their drawing specs, arranged mass sintering and grinding. All rods passed dimension and hardness inspection.

4. Case 2: Custom Cut-length Cemented Carbide Rod for Punch Production
